Ride, Deliver, Thrive: Yango Reinvents Urban Transport Across Africa

Global tech powerhouse Yango Group made a dynamic appearance at GITEX Africa 2025, held from April 14 to 16 in Marrakech, reaffirming its commitment to advancing smart urban mobility and fueling local innovation across Africa and the MENAP region.

The company leveraged the continent’s largest tech and startup show to spotlight its transformative technologies—from ride-hailing to logistics and GPS systems—that are reshaping transportation in Africa’s rapidly expanding urban centers.

Kadotien Alassane Soro, Country Head of Yango Côte d’Ivoire, emphasized Yango’s vision during the event:

The conversation explored:

• Regional strategies to create inclusive, efficient mobility systems

Another major highlight was Yango Ventures, the company’s corporate venture fund aimed at supporting high-potential startups across Africa, LATAM, MENAP, and other fast-growth regions.
