Inside Davido’s Luxury Lagos Mansion With 20-Car Garage and Private Wife Floor
Nigerian superstar Davido has unveiled details of his ongoing 20-room mansion project in Eko Atlantic, Lagos, a luxury development valued at several billions of naira.
The expansive property is designed to include a 20-car garage, a private music studio, lounge areas, staff quarters, and a dedicated floor reserved exclusively for his wife.
Speaking in a brief interaction with an online streamer, Davido gave a breakdown of the structure and its intended features.
“This is my basement. The basement is going to have a 20-car garage, my studio, apartments, a lounge, and my staff room,” he said.
He further revealed that the mansion will include a fully private floor tailored to his wife’s personal taste and lifestyle.
“She has her own room, her own everything, her own style… she has her own floor,” he added.
Davido also explained that the design direction of the mansion draws inspiration from Caribbean and Mexican architectural styles.
“I want to inspire the Caribbean, Mexican architectural theme… I’ve worked so hard, it’s only right,” he said.
The mansion adds to the singer’s growing portfolio of luxury assets and marks one of his most ambitious real estate projects in Lagos.
Beyond his construction project, Davido has recently been in the news for family-related moments involving his children.
The singer was seen personally picking up his daughter Imade from school in Lagos, arriving in a Rolls-Royce Cullinan accompanied by his security team.
The appearance drew attention online, especially as the moment came shortly after Imade’s 11th birthday celebration, where both Davido and her mother, Sophia Momodu, shared separate messages marking the occasion.
Davido also celebrated his second daughter, Hailey Adeleke, who turned 9 earlier in May 2026.
